Balghailam Villas Development Project | SCA Ref no. RA4104-SCA-049 | Balghailam Island / Abu Dhabi, UAE

This project is a high-priority residential infrastructure task, focusing on the external structural elements that define the villa boundaries and site security. The current running works include:

1. Boundary Wall Installation (Pre-cast Systems)

• Excavation & Footings: Preparation of the ground and installation of reinforced concrete footings to support the heavy pre-cast wall panels.
• Panel Assembly: Precise crane-assisted positioning of pre-cast concrete boundary sections (as seen in the site video and images), which provide immediate structural integrity and a uniform aesthetic across the development.
• Joint Sealing & Finishing: Professional grouting and sealing of panel joints to ensure long-term durability against the coastal environment.

2. Site Demarcation & Leveling

• Utilizing the SCA Ref no. RA4104-SCA-049 technical specifications to ensure every villa plot is accurately demarcated.
• Managing site levels and backfilling around the newly installed boundary structures to prepare for subsequent landscaping and paving works.

3. Infrastructure Coordination

• Working in parallel with other contractors on-site (as seen with the presence of site cranes and multiple villa structures in progress) to ensure that boundary walls do not interfere with underground utility lines or future road networks.
• Ensuring all safety protocols are met in a high-activity construction zone, specifically managing heavy machinery and lifting operations near the villa shells.

4. Quality Assurance

• Every section of the boundary wall undergoes inspection to verify alignment, verticality, and structural stability, meeting the high standards required for the Balghailam Island luxury development project.
