We are currently providing comprehensive Civil Infrastructure and Boundary Wall Construction services for the Balghailam Villas Development. Our scope involves the large-scale installation of pre-cast boundary wall systems and perimeter fencing across multiple villa plots, ensuring secure site demarcation and high-quality structural finishing in line with Abu Dhabi’s residential development standards.

This is a large-scale HVAC MEP project involving the supply and installation of 320 Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) units across multiple phases (PH1, PH2, and PH3) of a major construction development in Al Taweela. The scope covers the complete lifecycle of the VRF system installation, from copper piping and drainage to the final commissioning of outdoor and indoor units, ensuring high-efficiency climate control for the entire residential/commercial complex.

We are currently executing the structural fabrication and installation for an Electric Vehicle (EV) dedicated parking facility at Lulu Village. The project focuses on high-durability steel engineering, including custom-fabricated heavy-duty base plates, structural columns, and cantilevered roofing frameworks specifically designed to accommodate EV charging infrastructure while providing premium shade.

Mosque & Community Hall VRF Air Conditions Installations Works is a completed project in Abu Dhabi where an energy‑efficient VRF air conditioning system was successfully designed, supplied, installed and commissioned for the mosque and community hall, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate for worshippers and visitors.

Feni Tech General Maintenance successfully completed MEP and civil maintenance works for C4/C5 buildings at Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. The project was executed for SAAS Properties, covering electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs. All tasks were completed on time with final approval from the client.

We successfully completed several masjid projects under the WQUF initiative, providing essential MEP services, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions. Our team ensured efficient systems and high-quality standards to support the functionality and comfort of these religious facilities.
