EV Car Parking for Lulu Village - Musaffah M36

This project is a comprehensive steel fabrication and site installation task, managed by our expert engineering team. The workflow is divided into several technical stages:

1. Precision Steel Fabrication

• Heavy-Duty Base Sleeves: As seen in our production facility (images 1–7), we are fabricating reinforced rectangular steel sleeves and base connectors. these are designed to provide maximum stability for the primary vertical columns.
• Column Preparation: Large-diameter circular hollow sections (CHS) are being cut, treated, and welded (images 16–25) to serve as the main load-bearing pillars for the parking structure.
• Base Plate Engineering: We are utilizing thick-gauge steel plates with pre-drilled bolt patterns (images 32–34) to ensure a secure anchor to the concrete foundation.

2. Structural Welding & Grinding

• Our certified welders are using high-performance MIG welding units (as seen with the Riland/Red-Ox equipment in images 8–12) to ensure structural integrity and seamless joints.
• Post-welding, all components undergo industrial grinding and surface finishing to remove burrs and prepare the steel for anti-corrosive coating.

3. Site Integration for EV Infrastructure

• The structure is specifically engineered to allow for the routing of electrical conduits required for EV Charging Stations.
• The design features a "Clear-Span" or "Cantilever" approach to ensure vehicles can maneuver easily around the charging units without obstruction from excessive columns.

4. Quality Control & Safety

• Every fabricated piece is inspected for dimensional accuracy against the project blueprints for Lulu Village.
• Materials are treated to withstand the harsh coastal and desert climate of Musaffah, ensuring a long-lasting, maintenance-free life cycle.
